On 24/01/2019 Andaman and Nicobar Police Study Circle was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Shri. Chetan B Sanghi, IAS, Chief Secretary, A&N Islands at conference hall PHQ Port Blair. In this Program Manoj .C, IPS, SP(CID) welcomed the Chief Guest and senior officers of Andaman & Nicobar Police and gave an introduction on Police Study Circle. Further the welcome speech and introduction of Police Study Circle was followed by a short session of cybercrime issues and challenges, presented by Shri. Deepak Yadav, IPS SP(D) SA.
